Overview

Trust3 uses blockchain-based smart contracts to secure payments between artists and promoters. This policy outlines how our escrow system works to protect both parties.

How It Works

Contract Signed

Promoter deposits full performance fee into smart contract escrow (USDT)

Stage 1 Release (15%)

Released upon contract signing for administrative and visa costs

Stage 2 Release (35%)

Released upon travel/arrival confirmation for travel expenses

Stage 3 Release (50%)

Released immediately after performance completion

Supported Currencies

Trust3 escrow currently supports USDT (Tether) on the following networks:

  • Polygon (recommended - low fees)
  • Ethereum (higher fees)
  • TRON (TRC-20)

Cancellation Policy

Artist Cancellation

If the artist cancels after contract signing, all escrowed funds are automatically refunded 100% to the promoter, minus any already-released milestone payments.

Promoter Cancellation

If the promoter cancels, the artist retains any released milestone payments. Remaining funds are refunded based on timing and circumstances as determined by our dispute resolution process.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), our team will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Trust3 provides a mediation process:

  1. Either party submits a dispute claim with supporting evidence
  2. Our team reviews the case within 48 hours
  3. Both parties are contacted for additional information if needed
  4. A resolution is proposed based on contract terms and evidence
  5. If agreement cannot be reached, arbitration may be initiated

Smart Contract Security

Our smart contracts have been audited by leading blockchain security firms. All contract code is open source and verifiable on the respective blockchain explorers. While we take every precaution, users should understand the inherent risks of blockchain technology.
