2. Description of Service

Trust3 is a blockchain-based platform that connects electronic music artists with venues and promoters worldwide. Our Service includes artist discovery, booking management, smart contract escrow payments, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Smart Contract Escrow

Our platform uses blockchain-based smart contracts to secure payment between parties. By using our escrow service:

  • You agree to the automatic release of funds based on predefined milestones
  • You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • You accept that network fees may apply to transactions
  • You acknowledge that smart contract execution is automated and trustless

5. Booking Agreements

Trust3 facilitates booking agreements between artists and promoters but is not a party to these agreements. Both parties are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations.

6. Fees

Trust3 charges a platform fee of 5% on successful bookings. Additional fees may apply for premium features or services. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

8. Limitation of Liability

Trust3 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
